Hotel Balxiba is a gem in Centro, close to popular spots like Kool Beach Club and Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's rest. the staff was attentive and willing to help anytime, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the touristy noise. the outdoor pool looked inviting, although we couldn't enjoy it due to the rain. A delightful stay with excellent service and a convenient location for exploring the best of Playa del Carmen.
